Provisional bookings that are not confirmed within 14
days of making the reservation will automatically be released and re-offered.
If a Civil Marriage is required, you must contact the
Local Registry Office, check availability and book with them before
confirming the booking with Durrants. Durrants hold no responsibility in
booking the registrar.
House Hire Charge is £1,500.00 till 7.00pm, If
the reception is to continue after 7pm with a dance or discotheque, there
will be an additional charge of £400.00 unless an evening buffet with a
minimum of 50 covers are ordered then there will be no additional hire
charge.
Minimum numbers are 65 covers for the Wedding
Breakfast. Fewer covers can however be negotiated.
A deposit of £1,500.00 is required to book your
reception and reserve the date of your choice at Durrants. The deposit is not
refundable in the event of postponement or cancellation.
The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
The deposit is increased to 50% of the estimated
total account and is to be received 3 months prior to the reception. Any
extras on the day i.e. bar drinks must be settled on the day.
Final numbers are required fourteen days prior to
your Reception at which time payment in full is required.
Durrants do not allow you to bring your own wines.
All prices include VAT and service and are subject to
alteration.
